I drove mine through a blizzard from Albuquerque to Flagstaff last year. Was truly scary (cars crashed all over the road,etc) 7 never slipped once. Didn't even have snow tires.

+1. Actually surprised if they would last 8 years.... since all batteries go after awhile. They do calibrate based on the spare too.
