Conti DWS are pretty decent all seasons, Nitto also has a couple options into 275/40-315/35 configuration for all out summer performance I would look into the Nitto NT-05

I have never seen it go from -35 to warm enough outside to thaw a solid back to a liquid in a couple hours....I guess I am wrong US weather must be a lot different than here in Canada.
