I too drove for at least one summer with a failing fan clutch (the aux fan would come on all the time to try to compensate) and my guess is this probably led to premature failure of the radiator...

Excess pressure=blowing to smithereens the cheap plastic parts that make up the cooling system of this fine German sedan. That's the main issue for me, and a major risk. Anything else is secondary.

The car sat for about 24 hours in the garage, very cold temps last night. After unlocking the OBC, and with the car not running, the voltage is showing "116" which I assume means 11.6...

I don't believe you can get just the lever. But...

I don't believe you can get just the lever. But you don't really need it (and it's prone to break anyway), just tape the entire thing together.
