Drown the threads in your choice of release agent (access in chassis rail?). Wait overnight. Use a 24" breaker bar and an impact socket.

I just follow the the little green lights on the dash BUT change the oil when there are 2 or three lights left as well - so the oil is only doing half a full cycle. I use Castrol 20-50 (GTX2).

I thought the pressure loss symbol came on...

I thought the pressure loss symbol came on because of wheel rotation speed, not actual pressure. Once you have corrected the pressures reset the system as the hand bok explains. RTFM..

+1 on alignment check. Traction control came on because you still had too much power on for the rough road (tyre was starting to spin/slip).
