It has nothing to do with BMW designing a 'crappy car' as you (insultingly) point out. The point is that without a functioning auxiliary water pump, there is not sufficient water FLOW to keep the...

Heater not working well when engine idling does speak to a bad aux water pump, but how about the problem with the cooling? Assuming the fact we're...

As I've only had my car for a few months, I have no idea whether it's supposed to pop open so rapidly or not. The damper is probably supposed to let it up a bit more slowly but I'm not prepared to...

Having owned an '07 G35x 5AT and an '08 G37S 6MT coupe I can honestly say the E60 is miles better than either. I'm not regretting getting the 6AT on my 535xi at all - the shifts in normal D are as...

My 535xi has a spot on the roof that looks like a basketball bounced on it, made a dent and was pushed out from inside. The dealer is going to try and fix using PDR but if they can't, they'll be...

I'd have no problems with getting used parts provided they were all OE and in the same shape or better than what was damaged on my car. Painting a used hood to match is not really any different than...

No idea about US repair costs, but the damage looks cosmetic - didn't even hook the impact bar. Just a bunch of 'bo-ton' parts and a lick of paint. Any hit to the wheel was probably less than your...
