None are "really needed", but you may want to consider replacing worn mounts and boots while you have the suspension torn apart. Those parts are not included in the Koni/H&R kits.

All that is needed is the model year for 2009 or 2010, not the build date. I can't speak for realOEM.com, but the sensors we sell for the 2010 are $57 per corner including shipping and valve stems.
