It will work fine with just the Cobb tune, but some of the more advanced tunes require an updated FMIC, CAI, or down pipes.

There really isn't a lot you can do for the N52 engine in the 328 to increase the HP significantly. It is a normally aspirated engine and there is not a lot you can do other than get a few HP here...

What is it with you and AWD? There are pluses and minuses for both. What it boils down to is a personal preference. I had a 328xi and found I didn't need AWD even in Colorado so I have had a Z4...
