It's actually going into the tranny. So my guess is that it's a tranny coolant line, makes sense why it would be insulated. no idea why oil would be leaking from it....unless its tranny fluid..

If you're coming from Honda don't expect the same aftermarket support at all. Especially for a 93. you won't be able to find intakes or things like that as easily. Exhausts yes. good luck.
