I think there's a good reason why bmw decided to make a new roadster and not continue with the Z3.

When I lower or raise the soft top, the windows retracts a little, but they dont go back up

You wash, you polish, then you wax... its not polish OR wax.
And its not a good idea to wax without polish first.. you risk to get dirt stuck under the wax
