As above each is worth 5 grand more than the model below and the 328 is overpriced, you can buy 2007 335's for that price with that mileage, it is a 15k car.

Avoid that for sure - sounds like it has catless downpipes and needs a downpipe fix installed in the ECU box to pass emissions, only reason for a cold air intake and DP's is if it has or had modified...

Easiest approved oil to find is typically Mobil 0W40 full synthetic - walmart even has it. No worries mixing as long as you are using a BMW approved synthetic.

Chargepipe breaks all the time at the coupler exactly where yours did - a little oil is normal as a bit makes it into the intake (at your mileage, people can get a cup or 2 out of their intercooler)....
