Key will not start X5 but locks/unlocks doors remotely

I have a 2001 X5 with two sets of keys. One set works great. The other set will remotely lock/unlock doors but will not start the vehicle.

I have done a search and did follow the initialization...

That is correct, that is what I did. It doesn't have a "fill line", so I wasn't sure. I have drove it about 40 miles since "over filling" and seems okay.

We got about 10 inches of snow overnight, and I have found that turning DSC off will get you through the drifts and deep stuff better by keeping your momentum up.
