It's all just guesses without taking it to a dyno, but my setup is similar and data is in my signature. Using the 15% rule that would be about 440 at the crank.

I took it back to the BMW dealer instead of an independent shop and he was able to give me a good alignment and that resolved all my issues. However, I do still plan on putting in some M3 bushings...
