Yeah the clutch was changed along with the bearing and the pilot bearing was changed a year ago when the engine was swapped the car drives fine with no noise till driven for hours also the noise...

The clutch was changed couple of years ago and has about 20,000 miles on it. I can hear the noise even I turn the engine off by pressing down the pedal but less than when the engine is on

It's a painful job, get a good used one or a decent remanufactured one I changed mine with a remanufactured by USA industries for $192 after installation it was making a funny noise got a new belt...

I don't think it's a camshaft position sensor issue cuz P1519 is actually the camshaft actuator code bank 1 you need to Google to find out the diy
