That cable goes to the CCC (the back of the radio) but there may be a wiring harness coming out of the bottom. Not sure it's been a while since I did my upgrade.

I would look for a 2010. Most likely the best of all worlds. Lower mileage, LCI upgrades, and the CIC navigation system.
