Sorry, I don't buy these thin "studies" that oil changes cause extra wear. And there was comment earlier of only one oil change in over
30,000 miles, so some are going above factory recommendation....

BMW revised the oil change interval for the 6 series last year ( and all cars I believe) to once per year/10K miles under warranty. Agree with all here. Oil changes are extremely cheap insurance....

Not exactly much in the way of changes to the 6 series with this LCI. If you liked it before you'll like it now. I say the 6er is the most exiting car BMW makes.
