Is it possible, or how hard will it be, swap v8 for i6?

Is it possible, or how difficult will it be on a x5. Thinking of buying a x5 with a blown motor, and replacing the motor with a i6.

Anyone own a Audi A5 3.2?

If so how happy are you with it? My next car I am hoping to get a coupe. Trying to stay away from turbo cars, and won't be happy with the 328i. Open to suggestions, thanks.
