Yup. Key memory sets seat position, a/c settings, radio settings, etc. But not the mirrors. You'll have to push your seat memory button after you get in for that to adjust.

My cams were replaced at 24k miles. I re-broke-in the car at that point (1200 miles), and now after ~6,000 more miles (I'm at 31.5k now), the sound is back.
