Nope, it's for an E90, not an E92. It includes separate covers for the rear doors, which likely would not fit the sides in the rear seat of a coupe without modification.

BMW blew it here. At least for 2007, the additional oil cooler was never listed as part of a package (ZSP, etc.). So it should have been put on all engines, or none at all.
