Fuel pump fuse is good
Fuel pump relay is good
Fuel pump is pumping (9 volts to the connectors while cranking)

One step at a time. Iv learned that e36 valve cover gaskets are worthless. Just double check all of your vacuum lines and plugs. :)

Also you noted that there was water in the spark plug wells....

Okay, that's a good sign. :)

I would recommend to keep driving the car and check the oil and coolant level often. And make sure to make note of both the fluids coloration. I'm positive your engine...

If your not over heating, losing coolant, or losing oil, play it by ear. It sounds like water is building up in the exhaust system. Do you live in a humid/wet environment?

Indeed. I should have said "It won't turn over".

The engine is still bogging. The ticking isn't as severe but it sounds like its coming from the injectors which leads me to believe its intake...
