I believe it is from the DISA valve letting air...

I believe it is from the DISA valve letting air pass by when you turn the car off. I could be wrong though.

Whoosh sound after turning car off is 100% normal, all my E46s (3 of them) have done it.

Oil leak on the drivers side is probably a bad oil filter housing gasket, but could be the VANOS feed hose...

I'd have the codes read as others have...
