The filters in these trannies are made of a fiber media--instead of the screens that were once used--they can and will clog up--hope thats all your going to need

My suggestion to you,,remove the Disa valve,,then remove the flapper with directions from German solutions DIY,,,then put your Disa back into the engine and drive the car until the rebuild kit...

Sounds like you have a leak in your CCV system....

Sounds like you have a leak in your CCV system. The hose going to the cvv from the valve cover can get very brittle after a lot of miles are on these engines..may hace cracked it when removing it...

If you had the dealer do the job--they put back the same bad seals that came with the car--those seals ware out--the Besian seals will last as long as you own the car--they lasted over 150k miles in...

BB--are you thinking that if you, or someone else has the size of these O rings,,that then one, can simply go out and purchase them to repair their Vanos....There's quiet a bit more to it than that....

If you have to replace the gasket,,,yeah rebuild it while it down..The rings have helped many--I would have sold my cars years ago if weren't for these new rings..
