Ease up. Audi's handled the release of the new TT far better than BMW has handled the new coupe. The media will tend to remember things like that.

Yes the fenders are 10kg lighter on the coupe, but that doesn't mean the car itself will be 10kg lighter. As you see from the specs it's much heavier.

Yeah, sounds like you just sat on your FOB and rolled 'em down. Awesome feature, but you gotta be careful about where you put the thing. Your CA should have showed this too you when you picked it...

Yes, that's a very good price. Many are paying 5-600, and just got mine done for around 450. Make sure you ask for the one-piece tint for the back window (sometimes they charge extra for it).

If you do the PCD and you don't get to go on the tour they make a note in your file, and you have a year to come back and take you tour after it re-opens.
