I'd recommend sticking with the OEM bars as well. They look great and they are Thules as others have said. I picked mine up hardly used for $200. The best part of them is the easy on/off (5 mins)...

Bmw's negative camber is proper. That does not make it out of alignment. If it were possible to remove all of the negative camber (not possible without many modifications) it would handle much worse.

The inner edge wear on the rears is due to the camber of the rear wheels. Over inflating may help, but I personally would not recommend it. The car will handle better with the proper inflation.

You definitely do not want to put bigger tires on. You always want to keep the intended outside diameter of the tires. If you meant put bigger wheels on (i.e. 18 or 19 inch) with a lower profile...
