Sacrificial cylinder?

I recently heard of the notion of a sacrifical cylinder on most turbo charged engines. Is this true for the 335i (2007)? If so does it explain my needing a new coil on number three in February and...

I absolutely agree! When waxed, the space grey picks up reflected color amazingly. Take a look at the photo posted by Bimzaza yesterday. Gorgeous!

Wheel Bearings

Ahs anyone had to change the front wheel bearings? I'm not certain of the niose and the sensation, but I'm concerned.

Surely they are sealed bearings so a repack is not going to do the trick. ...

Compatible sealant?

First I've heard that Conti kit sealant wouldn't bugger the TPMS. What makes it different than others? All others (even Conti I thought) disclaimed its use on wheels with TPMS.

No debate here!

I also view the plug an emergency fix that gets you home/to the tire garage. Just as if with a run-flat, just as if with a donut.

The compressor and plugs take up far less space than a donut...

BMW's friendly advisories

I also like the one that has the exclamation mark in the triangle when you get to two gallons remaining fuel. It won't go away:thumbup: until you refuel.

Typical Oil Coolant temps

I've read the manual and it's a bit inconclusive. The gauge has 210 at the mid and 300 the top. What's typical for stop and go hwy, commuter traffic, over 17 miles, at 70F?

I'm seeing 240-250...
