Sounds about right to me, although it could be a little low. I used about 5.75 litres when I did mine. Just make sure they had the fluid at the correct temp (at least warm) and it was dribbling out...

seat height twist

Thanks for the reply gents,

I seem to have the same problem as 'elwoodblues' as in the height only works on one side which then tilts the seat into the centre console.

I have the same year and mileage as you. I changed my fluid with ZF Lifeguard 5 about 12 months ago and have had no problems.
I did the filter and fluid change, then about 2 weeks...

Yeah it's the same throw out bearing, not sure if I want to re-use the one supplied, although it is only 200 miles old too.

It would be a safe bet that the ''light blue oily fluid' is coolant mate. Check you cooling system for any obvious leaks.
