I found the bolts at the dealership and here they want $17 CDN each. They did also have the exact same nut with 18mm flange without the extra nub on the bottom. What do you think about this?

I just bought the OEM BMW strut bar from a fellow member but there were no smaller flange nuts included. The larger flanges don't fit into the sunken holes of the parts that fit over the struts.

I agree but I doubt the shop would repair on their expense. Since I already had to pay for the repair and replacement of the new sensors as a trial to see if the CEL would be fixed, I don't want to...

The fix was to unfold the stock harness instead of cutting and extending the secondary 02 sensors. This should be useful for anyone who is installing headers to avoid the CEL without a sim.

Agreed. I going to see how long it takes for these sensors to go, and when they do they will get replaced and the bungs will get moved to the top side of the pipe.
So far so good. No CEL! Running...

It feels like a slight increase in power but a BIG increase in smoothness and responsiveness. I will be re-dynoing in a few or so to see what sort of difference the ESS tune made with the headers.

Sent my ECU to ESS for a Euro tune - which have not primary cats as the NA cars do.. Installed the ECU - rest the CEL and drove. After 20 miles the CEL is back on again!! :(

Interesting. I have been unable to get a digital copy of my runs to send for comparison. I hear from Roman that ESS has a Euro tune - which should be ideal for you with the Euro catless header.

CEL came on today with the following Codes:
P0161
P1140
P0041

The first and last are related to the O2 but the 1140 seems to be related to the MAF. Does anyone have any ideas why all three...
