Get a short length of 8mm or 5/16" fuel injection...

Get a short length of 8mm or 5/16" fuel injection hose and some decent hose clamps to replace the 3 short sections of hose. If it still has the OEM clamps, you won't like them. . .

Check how it shifts with engine turned off. Presuming that it shifts easily under those conditions, the clutch hydraulic linkage is not working so the clutch is staying engaged all the time.
