I'm not sure that's true... I thought only the AL bolts with BLUE tips need to replaced and are single use... The VC bolts are NOT blue tipped...at least on my 2007 328xi they aren't.

What codes are thrown when this happens? I assume when you run the electronic bleed you actually HEAR the water pump moving the coolant through the system?
