+1 changing the power steering reservoir is good preventative maint. anyway, really easy, and cheap too (if you search hard enough you can find one for under $15). Plus the o-rings on the top go bad...

You must remove the wheels. They are inserted into the area behind the rotors. Clean them with brake cleaner spray.

If that doesn't solve your problem, you probably have your ABS module going bad...
