Correct. There are Medical Doctors, PhDs, Chiropractors etc.
And then there is Dr. Phil, Dr. Seuss, Dr. J (Julius Erving), Dr. Dre, Dr. Pepper, Dr. No, Dr. Dolittle ........and so on.
I am pretty sure though that Dr. Phil is actually a real Doctor
