I just sent my fourth email to Leonora.Vlaovich@bmwna.com and have yet to hear back regarding this rubber molding/gasket issue. Does anyone out there have another department at BMWNA to contact? Customer satisfaction email or phone number? I think this is common enough of a problem that BMW needs to stand behind their quality and address it (if they haven't before). Anyone?
