If we can find statistically how many E39's out there, has this problem we can create a formal complaint, and or lawsuit. But the big thing even WAY before we get to those is that we get a significant ammount of people: Name - VIN - Year - Model - Address. Then we have somewhere to start.
We gotta have numbers by our side for this to work. Sorry boys about the pessimistic attitude.  We need the numbers!
