BMW is nice to respond with something in Fedex. When it comes to piece of Sh*** called Merc Benz, the emails go into a black hole, and when you call they act as if they are doing a favor by picking up the phone.

I own a Merc(ML350), Volvo S80 and recent toy 03 530. My best exp has been with BMW.
