Man you REALLY need to create a different Contacts folder for your Phone sync... who wants to scroll through 550 contacts on with the up and down arrows?!?!? I keep my full list on my Outlook Contacts default folder, then I have a Sync Contacts folder with a subset that I need 99% of the time...

Just a thought
