I took the Excel spreadsheet and made some updates:
Replaced MROUND with CEILING (doesn't require the Analysis ToolPak)
Added support for Tax Rate as monthly payments are taxed in CA.
Added some Money Factory/Interest Rate conversions.
I filled it out for a 2007 335i at which I'm looking.
Again, rename .pdf to .xls to avoid the attachment restrictions.
