Obviously FLOW and 4BMWFamily does not subscribe to the common business practice of "the customer is always right." Coontie could have come off as a little crazy with the story, but 4BMWFamily basically came in and confirmed that this happened. Instead of intimidating customers, they should be working on their sales tactics instead of surfing the net looking for negative stuff. Seriously.
