I'm little confused on diff fluid since I'm not sure how many diffs X3 has due to its all wheel drive system (front and rear diff?)

In addition to the transmission there is the front and rear differential plus the automatic transfer case. Be sure to use the correct fluids.

None of these are scheduled items. Brake fluid and coolant changes are on the schedules and are often overlooked.
The models and equipment (standard and optional) illustrated in this post reflect my misunderstanding of vehicles supplied by BMW AG to the German market. In other EU member states, the truthyness of my posts may vary. Please ignore this post. Subject to change.
