Actually that is why things work for us - if your car is unlocked just press the unlock button on your key and the seat will move to the proper position for that key. It doesn't matter which key did the last lock/unlock cycle when the car is unlocked. The problem comes in when the car has been locked with one key and then unlocked with the other one - it will not move the seat to the desired position of the other key.
