Well, more than i expected.
Do yourself a favor: In your future, don't go in thinking the SA will care what went on with the CA... forge a relationship with ONE Service Advisor, who matches your personality/needs...(maybe get recommendations from other owners who might use your dealership) yes, warranty coverage is great, but other stuff comes up and just being dealt with truthfully is of value.
