As long as your dash looks like this instead of this, I don't see why you couldn't. That 3.0 pic is the perfect size for a double DIN deck. I should have paid more attention as well since your screen is the OBC as well. I realize that a lot of things run through the screen, but I guess that's your trade off. I relocated my OBC to the glovebox, but that'd be much harder for you based on the size of yours.

I've also seen these, a dash mounted screen which the X3 and Z4. I don't know how hard it would be to intergrate, but I'd imagine it's not as easy as an aftermarket unit like I used.
