I am going to tell them that I want it installed for cost since it was part of the contract and they did not let me know they could not do it until the car actually was sitting at the dealer ready for pick up. It is not looking like we will have ours installed soon but hopefully we will be able to save a few bucks. Bummer.
It confuses me that BMW won't put a hitch on from the factory, but will pre-wire it.

Why not just have 2 bumpers? They do it for the M-Sport, etc..

Just seems like they don't want customers to actually TOW anything, but like to give the idea away that it has the capability.
