They are extending the warranty by 3 months/5k miles. Thanks for the input. I agree that in the end the deal should start with a "3". I had thought we'd start negotiating at $10k off and go from there. His first offer was $6700 off and when I told him he isn't even in the ballpark he came back with $8500.
