LMAO. (you made me blush!) I work out a LOTTTT. It's my lifestyle, so yes...the splurge every now and then doesn't kill me. ...but I notice a difference quickly if I eat crap often. sugar...I have to be careful w too much sweets.

update: thanks to EdCT's thread I'm looking up some of my fav ambient music... did 'yall hear his music? Very impressive? Look at his bio, you will recognize many of the projects (movies/tv shows, etc) he's worked on. Quite accomplished!
