I suggest that you call BMW NA - 201-307-4000. Ask for Accessory Engineering. If that doesn't help, ask switchboard for Kate Robison in Customer Relations. I spoke to her on 8/10. She said she was going to help me on this re-programming issue, which was resolved last week.
