The caption of the picture clearly says:
- "Typical BOSCH Alternator", so this is a generic diagram for BOSCH alternator.
- "Carbon Brushes + Rectifier Combination", so in plain English, this means the brushes are built into the voltage regulator.
I cannot be more clear than this.
