Not THAT good of a deal from negotiating, for sure! I know what you mean - sometimes it's tough to tell if a "perk" is just marketing (like a car discount from Costco), or if it's actually an authentic deal. Don't think anybody here is jealous, you earned that discount fair and square. Being deployed ain't easy - congrats, and enjoy the car.
