I think based on the tire rack that low viscosity can be described as 700mm2 at -104F. Seems to me that specification is far fetched enough to be the spec. An engineer may be able to help if they have an ISO subscription.

Jason, it looks like it, but I'd suspect if you don't activate the ABS in cold weather it probably doesn't matter that much.
