More questions on 2005 645Ci Convertible "Convertible Top Not Locked" errors. I performed the mod that makes slots to rotate slightly the sensor in the top that creates this error per a BMW service bulletin. The error message did not go away plus I have one more issue. I manually rolled the rear window down, It will not go back up. I'm not sure if this is because the "Top not Locked" message/software preventing the Elect switch from work? or some other reason.
Question 1: So any tricks to get the window to roll up manually or with powered switch?
Question 2: Any way to reset the error message so I can see if the mod to the sensor mount worked?
I guess I could pull it back off and widen the slots a bit more.
