This is simply an "air cushion effect" due to multiple layers of seals in the doors as mentioned above. OP "doors don't close well" is misleading, the doors close very well and seal very tight, hence the extra effort to close when all other doors are closed with windows up. The issue you must be careful of is slamming the door with normal required force while another door is open when the "air cushion effect" is not available. If you are exiting the car the same time as your spouse, the last one out of the car will think you're angry because you slammed the door!
