How many miles?

1. If you suspect the MAF, then disconnect the MAF, car will run in "Limp Home" mode but it runs.

2. "Intermittent stalling then runs again" is very suggestive of fuel pump, since you already replaced the CPS, and all the ignition coils etc.
There is an easy way to check the fuel pump:
- Locate the Fuel Relay in the trunk and use paper clip to jump 30 and 87 on the connector:






- Then go to engine and feel the fuel hoses, you should feel the "vibration" caused by fuel flow; see pic:
